一、我们处理的信息
矩影轻载是一款本地图片整理工具。我们不要求您注册账号，也不在我们的服务器上收集或存储您的图片。
- 您选择的图片：只有在您主动通过系统照片选择器选择后，应用才会读取相应图片，用于裁剪、调整尺寸、圆角、留白、背景处理和导出。
- 本地偏好：您设置的昵称、语言、主题、默认圆角和默认底色仅保存在本机，用于提供个性化设置。
- 临时文件：处理结果可能暂时保存在应用的本地临时目录中，以便预览、保存或分享。您可以通过“设置”中的“清除临时缓存”删除这些文件；删除应用也会移除应用沙盒内的本地数据。
- 我们不主动收集：位置、通讯录、电话、账号密码、IP 地址、广告标识符、跨应用跟踪数据、面部识别信息或其他与本地图片处理无关的信息。
二、我们如何使用信息
我们仅为以下目的处理相关信息：
- 在本机完成图片导入、裁剪、尺寸适配、样式规整和导出；
- 保存您主动设置的昵称、语言和默认处理偏好；
- 响应您主动发起的邮件咨询或问题反馈。
矩影轻载不使用您的图片进行广告投放、画像分析、人工智能训练或出售、出租、交换。
三、信息的共享与披露
矩影轻载不会向我们或其他第三方上传您的图片，也不会出售、出租或交换您的个人信息。
当您主动使用“保存至相册”或“批量导出”时，应用会在获得必要系统权限后调用系统相册或系统分享面板。您可以自行选择保存位置或接收方；一旦您选择第三方应用或服务接收文件，相关数据将按照您选择的第三方隐私政策处理。
如法律法规、司法程序或主管机关依法要求，我们可能在法律允许的范围内提供必要的信息。
四、信息的存储与安全
图片处理默认在您的设备本地完成。应用产生的临时图片只保存在应用本地临时目录，不会因为使用本应用而自动上传到云端。
我们采取合理的本地存储和权限控制措施保护应用数据。但请您理解，任何设备存储、操作系统或文件分享过程都不能保证绝对安全，请妥善保管您的设备并在分享前确认接收方。
五、您的权利
您可以：
- 在系统设置中管理照片访问权限；
- 在应用“设置”中更改昵称、语言、主题和默认处理偏好；
- 使用“清除临时缓存”删除本次使用产生的临时图片；
- 删除本应用，以移除应用沙盒内由本应用保存的本地数据；
- 通过下方邮箱联系我们，咨询本政策或提出隐私相关请求。
六、第三方服务
本应用不集成广告、个性化推荐、社交登录、云存储、位置服务或第三方用户行为分析服务。
本应用可能调用操作系统提供的照片选择、相册保存和系统分享能力。这些系统能力由您的设备操作系统提供，并受相应系统规则和隐私说明约束。
七、儿童隐私
本应用不以 13 周岁以下儿童为目标用户，也不会在明知的情况下主动收集儿童的个人信息。如果您认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
八、隐私政策的变更
我们可能根据功能调整、法律法规变化或安全需要更新本政策。更新后的版本会在本页面发布，并从发布之日起生效。若变更对您的权利或义务产生重大影响，我们会在合理范围内通过应用内提示或其他适当方式提醒您。
1. Information We Handle
Juying Lightload is a local image preparation utility. The app does not require an account and does not collect or store your images on our servers.
- Images you choose: The app reads only the images you actively select through the system photo picker, so it can crop, resize, round corners, add padding, replace backgrounds and export them.
- Local preferences: Your nickname, language, theme, default corner radius and default background are stored only on your device to provide the settings you selected.
- Temporary files: Processed results may be kept temporarily in the app’s local temporary directory for preview, saving or sharing. You can delete them with “Clear temporary cache” in Settings; deleting the app also removes local data in its app sandbox.
- We do not actively collect: Location, contacts, phone numbers, passwords, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking data, facial recognition data or information unrelated to local image processing.
2. How We Use Information
We handle relevant information only to:
- perform image import, cropping, sizing, styling and export on your device;
- remember the nickname, language and default processing preferences you choose;
- respond to an email inquiry or feedback that you initiate.
Juying Lightload does not use your images for advertising, profiling, artificial-intelligence training, sale, rental or exchange.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
Juying Lightload does not upload your images to us or to other third parties, and does not sell, rent or exchange your personal information.
When you choose “Save to Photos” or “Batch export”, the app calls the system photo library or system share sheet after obtaining any required permission. You choose the destination or recipient. If you send a file to a third-party app or service, that data is handled under the privacy policy of the service you selected.
We may provide information when required by applicable law, legal process or a lawful request from a competent authority.
4. Storage and Security
Image processing is performed locally on your device by default. Temporary images created by the app remain in its local temporary directory and are not automatically uploaded to the cloud.
We use reasonable local storage and permission controls to protect app data. However, no device storage, operating system or file-sharing process can be guaranteed completely secure. Please protect your device and verify the recipient before sharing a file.
5. Your Rights
You can:
- manage photo access in your system settings;
- change your nickname, language, theme and default processing preferences in Settings;
- use “Clear temporary cache” to delete temporary images created during the current use;
- delete the app to remove local data stored in its app sandbox;
- contact us at the email below with questions or privacy requests.
6. Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate advertising, personalized recommendations, social login, cloud storage, location services or third-party behavioral analytics.
The app may call operating-system capabilities for photo selection, photo-library saving and system sharing. These capabilities are provided by your device operating system and are subject to its applicable rules and privacy disclosures.
7. Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the email below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when features, laws or security practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page and will take effect when published. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide a reasonable in-app or other appropriate notice.
